Several tickets have been marked as closed with the comment, "Thank you for submitting these requests. All sign requests will be evaluated." How can any progress be tracked if said tickets have been closed? What would be the process for tracking? Why did it take approximately a month and a half for any comment at all to be marked on these tickets? This process is broken. It is clear that these issues are not being taken seriously. Thank you, Upper Dublin.

@Chris, thank you for your feedback. To your point on this format, SeeClickFix is an incredibly useful tool for providing residence a means to voice issues while providing transparency of the process until completion. Unfortunately, the township fails to utilize this tool in such a manor. Aside from issues relating to street light outages, complains about a neighbors lawns, or park related issues (kudos to @Derek and team btw who, from what I can see, do a fabulous job of addressing issues on this platform) most issues will get the proverbial wink and a nod and then will be marked as closed without any progress history, often before completion or resolution of the request.
As per the nature of my requests, I have both provided broad as well as specific requests around traffic safety along this street and have seen no real change as a result. I have gone the route of talking with individual departments and officials who all tend to offer little overall solution or support. My reason for using this tool is mainly for the transparency and visibility, so other residence can be aware of issues and see how they are addressed. I would be more then happy to speak with you about my requests, but from past experiences I assume I would get a general answer as to why things can't be done and it would be business as usual.
