Beschreibung
I was travelling west bound on Spruce St. At the intersection of 16th and Spruce the limousine sitting at the traffic light was not in the turn lane, nor did it have its turn signal engage prior to the turn.
When the light turned green, the limousine makes a sharp right turn into the bike lane hitting my front bicycle tire. The driver failed to stop and fled the scene.

I'm sorry this happened to you! I've been hit by a taxi in the bike lane on Pine. That's what convinced me to start riding with a camera running all the time. That and the PECO truck that told me to get on the sidewalk and then sent me there forcibly.
I'm glad you're running a camera, but did you call the police on the spot? They told me that's what I have to do next time. A hit-and-run is a serious infraction and you have the video evidence to prove it!
