It is a street tree, it is not private property, the city planted it about 30 years and it is way too big to be on a city street. The street is a very small narrow south philly street, there is no way these trees should have been planted on this street, way too big!

Large healthy trees such as the ones you point out help to make our air better to breathe, provide protection from the sun and rain and beautify our neighborhood. Perhaps another solution could be sought to level the walkway.
