I have reported this previously ( http://seeclickfix.com/issues/108919 ), but the Royal has fallen further into disrepair over the past few months. The building is not open to the public, but there are now significant cracks on the outside walls of the building.

Ticket #1942822. Ticket forwarded to Licenses and Inspections for follow-up. Once a request is entered into the system the building should be inspected within 15 business days and if appropriate violations will be issued after it is inspected.
The property owner usually has up to 30 days to comply with violations. Thereafter, up to 3 reinspections may be conducted to ensure violations were complied or resolved. If not complied at last inspection, property will be referred to court for a judgment demanding the owner to resolve the problems. In a rare case where the owner has been removed from the property by city agencies, coordinated efforts will be made to correct the outstanding violations.
After the timeframe of your request has passed, you can check the status of your ticket by calling 311 Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Just give us the ticket number and we can check it for you. You can also go online to www.phila.gov/philly311 and track your request. Thank you. (mb)
