Residents can not even park their own cars in front of their house because these cars that belong to 4139 occupy almost all the curb parking of up to 6-8 houses on Penny lane. They are very inconsiderate.

They have 3 small dogs and they let them run loose during the days and they have been leaving a lot of trash as well. I’ve waited to see if they left before reporting but it’s been months. I don’t feel comfortable letting my children outside.

    HUGE pothole AGAIN at this location. I reported it last year and it was eventually "fixed", but it's back WORSE than before. I don't think a regular car could drive through/over this, it's too large and too deep. Covers more than half the narrow road. Needs to be fixed ASAP.
