Every warm afternoon a gang of 25-50 roar down Girard Ave and the roads of Fairmount Park driving on sidewalks, the wrong way, in the middle of the road etc. on ATVs motorcycles, and dirt bikes. They cause destruction to sidewalks, endanger pedestrians, and cause traffic chaos.
