Description

Open manhole 1/2 a block from Nebinger Elementary School.

PGW or PDW removed cover when working on new construction and never replaced it.

Extreme safety hazard with an elementary school a half a block down and numerous children who live in the immediate neighborhood. Also the uncovered manhole means one less parking space in an increasingly congested neighborhood.
