This has been an issue the last several years I have lived in Philadelphia. Why can the NPS manage to clear ALL of the sidewalks in and around Independence Mall yesterday but has not touched this corner?

Still not cleared. How long has it been since the snow stopped falling?

It's fixed for now. Let's see how they do with the next snowfall.
