Photo of the PHA tenant in front of 2221 St Albans Street just after she threw all of the trash in front of 2209, in the courtyard and on the sidewalk. Sorry for quality of photo, but the other tenants will know who she is. All of the tenants should be fined.

The trash bags are covered with flies and many of the bags on the curb have been there for the past week.

In addition to all of the trash this PHA tenant has thrown in front of 2209 SAS, (St Albans St), the courtyard next to 2209 SAS, and the curb in front of the same address, I noticed, as I walked by 2221 SAS, several other bags of trash towards the side of the house. All of these bags, along with those at 2209 are covered with flies--rotting garbage.

The tenants have now take to leaving several trash bins on the sidewalk next to the property throughout the week where they throw out raw trash, dirty diapers, random junk, etc where it sits and rots. This is completely unacceptable and they must be fined. The filth that lives in the house is now leaving their filth outside of the property making the block look as ghetto as they are.

This is the same PHA property where the only legal tenant, a K. Mason, has allowed several members of her family to squat in the home and are, therefore, illegal. PHA refuses to address the issue even though one of the illegal tenants is a tier 3 sex offender being charged with the abuse of a minor less than 15 y.o. He did list his address as 2221 St Albans until recently when he was arrested for a violation of parole and is now incarcerated. See following link:

this is the type of filth that allows to fester in an otherwise decent neighborhood because PHA absolutely refuses to oversee their scattered sites properties.

This is ongoing and now there's more trash bins and garbage on the sidewalk which has spread from 2221 to the neighboring house at 2219 St Albans Street.

I am k. Mason if you have a problem with me please ring my bell there is another tendon that stays at this address so please stop slandering my name I am not dirty nor am I filthy there's a lot of people on this block that leave trash out all week but because I am black and I live in PHA there's a problem please stop being racist

This has been going on for awhile. Fine them and be sure that the fine is collected. If that doesn't work throw her out.

Haven't been on this page for awhile. The girl in the photo above is a relative of yours Miss Mason. You know who she is. She's not another tenant. Noticed that your brothers are not living there. Were you threatened by PHA because you were housing a sex offender which would mean, according to PHA lease agreement, that you would also be evicted unless this guy moved out? Don't mess we me, Miss Mason. As a long time member of the block, I can tell you it has nothing to do with you being Black or what you say is racism. It has everything to do with being a good neighbor who cares about their community. And, by the way, this street does not have other people who leave trash out all week. It hasn't had a problem like that since I and others on the block has the previous tenants of 2221 evicted. Afterwards, they couldn't apply for another PHA place for years--put at the bottom of the waiting list which is now over 100,000. Be careful who you say is a racists. Think before you allow your relatives to throw trash all over the block. We are watching. We want a save neighborhood and all of the benefits that come with it--you should appreciate that sentiment, no?

Ok so I see I can't use the way I want to speak. So y'all had us evicted in 2010 or 11 and I never did nothing wrong to y'all. All I ever wanted was to raise my kids and take care of my mom. My kids with my pride and joy. But my mom demon seed wanted to be in the streets and sell drugs like his friends. He had already been stabbed and shot. But he still had not learned. Because of this eviction I lost my kids because I had no proper housing for them. Y'all never had a problem with me I was The Quiet One except for if I argued with my mom's son which was many times because he was doing wrong. I want someone to say what I did wrong in that household. You wanted the eviction but it was a lot of innocent people too. Including the kids. I'm just speaking my mind because I do have a voice.
