This property has been listed under Licenses and Inspections starting as far back as 02/02/09. There are also current violations listed for fractured wall, partial wall collapse, and fire damaged wall. There is another inspection scheduled for 01/30/09.
Since there is damage to your property you can go to the Municipal Services Building, located at 1401 JFK Boulevard. You can pick up copies of these violations from the Central Clerical Unit. This may help you if you need to take the owner to court for damages on your property. Thank you. (mb)
