Deskripsyon

The PHA tenants of 2221 St Albans St. continue to throw trash onto the sidewalk next to the property. This has become an ongoing problem. There are now several illegal tenants living at the house and the amount of garbage being thrown onto the sidewalk is increasing.

Some general enforcement of trash violations would be nice. Might help remind people of which day collection is.

It would be great to get some general enforcement of trash violations in the neighborhood. If the city is going to raise taxes our taxes by a ton, maybe it should send some resources down to enforce some basic rules that benefit us all.

The 311 website reference #3070379 states that this was resolved and closed on 8/20. The streets department did apparently pick up the trash but the tenants continue to throw more bags of rotting garbage onto the sidewalk well in advance of the scheduled pick up date. This photo taken today 8/23. I have called 311 and was told that they would re-open the issue.
