Going north on 16th St. at the light for eastbound Vine St../676 entrance, four young men in a older model red convertible Ford Mustang (LPN ZGW-0490) were in the rightmost northbound lane, directly to the right of the cyclist in the middle northbound lane. When the light turned green and cyclist began to pedal, one of the young men screamed very loudly at the cyclist. After seeing the cyclist flinch slightly, the men in the car began to laugh. As traffic moved northward and the Mustang passed the cyclist and approached the westbound entrance ramp to 676, one or two of the men screamed again directly next to the cyclist, then proceeded to accelerate quickly while laughing.
