This property is already listed under Licenses and Inspections for several violations.
As for the rodent problem, it depends on the type of rodents that is in the property that determines who to contact.
PA Wildlife or the Game Warden can be contacted for raccoons, squirrels, or opossums, etc. If you suspect a wild animal may be sick or rabid and it is visible in an occupied dwelling calls may be directed to ACT 267-385-3800 *example. In the living space of a home ,not in the walls. Thank you. (mb)
