Deskripsyon

A homeless man is using the alley area behind houses to store junk and sleep. We alerted the 1708 neighbors and called the non-emergency number. The police came yesterday and moved a few things to look around. Sanitation department said they are not responsible to move him and his things. Roommate saw him this morning ranting and raving to a neighbor and block or two away that someone had touched his stuff and threatened to "hurt the @#$% who did it."
