Thanks Jason. Yea, it's true that NG does come out and fix them... however it also seems that it takes several attempts for them to get it right! I'll look at the pole# and then report it on to NG.
I apologize to be responding not about this particular issue, but to invite you to a 'SeeClickFix Storm' happening throughout Rhode Island THIS weekend. The effort is being organized by the Chafee for Governor campaign, and in the spirit of full disclosure, I'm a volunteer. But it would be pretty amazing if we could use this as an opportunity to get many more issues (and people!) on SeeClickFix. Feel free to delete this plug if it's too shameless. But better, please come and spread the word, from the website: http://www.chafeeforgovernor.com/2010/10/join_us_for_our.php or the Facebook event: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=154379854600574. Thanks!
SeeClickFix apologizes for any inconvenience. We had expressed to sgerson to promote the "SeeClickFix Storm" event by commenting on local issues reported in Providence. We will work on finding a better solution in getting these types of messages out to citizens. Thanks for using SeeClickFix!

If this is a normal streetlight, you can report these directly to Nation Grid: https://www.nationalgridus.com/narragansett/account/forms/stl_outage.asp
I've reported these before, and it does work! National Grid will send a truck in a week or so.
