Description

We saw this sick looking animal running up 17th street between Federal and Ellsworth last night. This morning it was sitting on the stoop of 1744 Webster St. covered in flies. I called the PSPCA who referred me to the Game Commision, who referred me to Nuisance Control where no one answers the phone. This animal is obviously sick and may be carrying a disease. Has anyone else seen this and can someone please help it?
