Clean Air Council is monitoring idling hot spots by tracking these reports, and sending them to Air Management Services who can enforce idling offenses. We will continue to keep the bus station on Loney as an idling hot spot for SEPTA buses.

there out there now ,, ideling , its 60 degres and super nice out ,, i will have to get the camera and document them , is the only way they will understand ,,this ,,
yes still a hot spot ,,I have never sean any one from clean air out ,does any one no one the put this rule in effect , i do , the air is so bad in philly , the fedral govement step in an issues this rules , look on any air quility map , philly has bad air , and disel buses are a big health problem ,,
