This happened to us again this morning. This is a life-safety issue, and it's been almost three weeks now. I can't help but think that this would have been fixed rather sooner if it had been a matter of vehicular traffic lights being green in two directions at once.

This pedestrian signal is under contract. The contractor was contacted regarding this issue. They inspected the signal and have since made adjustments to correct the problem. Thank you for the post.
