Expired registration Vehicle blocking access to Quincy Alley on Sacramento St side entrance.
Homeless people are also being seen coming in and out of an empty garage adjacent to where the car is now at all hours of the day and night.
The squatters living inside the garage are being seen going in and out of the car blocking the alley way and are intimidating the neighborhood around the car and garage.
