It is easy to find Philly 311, drive down Front Street in from of Frederick's Restaurant and look for the hole covered by a plate and surrounded by the saw horse barriers. Can't miss it.

756 Front Street is the address nearest the sink hole. If the streets dept. keeps waiting the sinkhole will be the entire 700 block of Front street. Maybe is Vince Fumo asked before he goes to prison??
