no, this one is actually on 22nd st, but halfway between Hamilton and the Parkway on the east side of the street. I was by there today and it is still open. It appears to be a manhole without the cover. There is still a cone there for warning, but still very dangerous.

Additionally, Streets Dept is scheduled to contact, will further update then.
