Sharraxaadda

For the past six months, increasing and constant presence of adult vagrants (not residents) playing loud music, littering, using loud voices, and fighting. Starts at 2am usually. In the parking lot in front of WaWa . Especially weekends but also on weekdays. This is residential block.
Please help!
