Still not fixed. No L&I notice, nothing...

Complaint has been received and logged by 311 and forwarded to L&I for action

L&I has been out repeatedly but there has not been any change or notice, or activity.

Still no update on this issue. Property keeps getting worse.

Property still falling down, no electricity, water, rodent and insect infected, facade falling apart, roof caving in, trees growing out of it. Will it take this property causing even more damage to neighboring bldgs or injuring or killing passerby's to make the city pay attention?

Still no closure or response from L&I or any city agency...going on 220 days!

Still no answer or resolution from L&I or the owner....

270 days and counting....no resolution from 311 or L&I. The place is a hazard.

The City is taking them to Court

No word from the City about a court date or resolution. New 311 ticket put in with L&I, we'll see what happens.

Still open...the city is has issued citations, fines, etc...but the owner is mia...called councilman Squilla repeatedly but have not heard back...Building infests my house with rodents, exterminators say that there is nothing more they can do until they can get into the building...

This issue is still unresolved. The city has taken the absentee owner to court but she, or the "caretaker" did not show up. Calls to Councilman Squilla's office remain unreturned.

Still an ongoing issue...the people using the garage have put up an illegal "no parking" sign in front of the garage. Still no electricity, sewage, water...still over run with vermin.

The owner, noted above, is owner in name only. It is being used/leased/rented to a roofing company now who have erected a fake "no parking" sign in front. They store equipment and materials in there, hazardous possibly? It is zoned residential so I do not believe that this is legal. I have written to councilman Squilla, as recently as last week, with no response.
Any suggestions?

Still no progress or resolution. Will try to contact Squilla again.
