As bicycles approach the circle continuing from Spring Garden, vehicles turn into the circle and cross over the bike lane and white paint with total disregard for cyclists staying in the bike lane. I would suggest fixed markers that are pliable to outline the bike path to keep motorists from crossing the line and cutting off bicyclists. Also, cars in the right lane who plan to turn right to Kelly Drive usually assume a cyclist will turn right as well and not yield. A survey at this location will prove this a problem area.
