Ran stop sign & almost ran over a family with a 6mo old in a stroller.
Husband yelled at driver and driver stopped car at intersection and walked out of car yelling expletives threateningly.

This incident should be reported to the police. PA tags, I assume. Getting out of your car and yelling at a family is a form of assault.

Definitely report it! This is serious stuff. I don't know who drivers think they are today- they and it's most of them all day long- they completely IGNORE stop signs. They gave no regard to the people either about to cross the street and even those in the crosswalks!!!
