The city of Charlotte their sidewalk crew caused a leak in the pipe on my mother's property their equipment was all over the yard and they were down in the ground messing with a, pipe water was shooting out everywhere. Two guys came to my house told me to hold a piece of paper saying they fixed it took my picture and left, the pipe starting leaking they next day, mind you it was not leaking before they started its been leaking water all over the sidewalk people have to walk in the street it has become a hazard, the want fix it I have a witness to this, they didn't even put the stop sign back in it's proper place its suppose to be on the corner of the street. My mother is a 74yr old woman on a fixed incom Thank you
