Deskripsyon

Open air drug dealing occurring consistently outside of this house. Additionally, same dealers seen going into and out of the house during all hours of the day and night. Verbal intimidation has occurred while walking by on several occasions.

I say call the police or the 311 line for who to call about non-energency and file a complaint. There's a public safety/update meeting every month too that the police attend and run --that's a good place to make friends with some cops who could help. Also, call Sosna office and they have great contacts within police dept.

To clarify.... It looks like there is and apartment entrance on st Albans st and an entrance to an apartment on 21st

from speaking to the police directly about this same issue, I say dial 911 and give them a precise location, description of the people involved, and a description of where they might be hiding a cache of drugs, if you can see it. don't be too conspicuous in getting descriptions, don't risk your own safety, but call every single time you see it and the police will take note and take action eventually!

1:30p on SE corner of 21st & Saint Albans (right outside the same house indicated above) saw drug deal. One guy walking up and down the street waiting and in a few minutes known local dealer walks up to him, an exchange is made, and they both walk away in separate directions. Cops are very unresponsive and also know this as a drug hotspot.
