Unacceptable, been like that for the longest time. People just think they can do whatever they want in this area. Police need to do more ticket writing. Double parked cars, maybe that is the way south philly operates but it really isn't legal or right. People pull up and jump out all the time where I live to run into stores. Totally unacceptable. Sick of people breaking the law because its "south philly".

This issue seems to have gone away. Even if it returns, it is no longer Mama Yolanda's squatting.

It was fixed long ago and developer has returned the u façade to first class condition; ALSO building across the street (Laundromat) is being upgraded as well. Take away a crappy old VFW building and see what nice things follow!!
