Sharraxaadda

Someone is constantly dumping garbage bags, loose garbage, etc. on the corner of 11th and Lemon street. Sometimes it's huge amounts and it keeps happening. It smells and starts blowing around everywhere. I have called 311 and it gets picked up sometimes but I would urge people to keep calling or catch whoever is doing it if they can!
