at times the intersection at north sycamore and arch streets ,where kids cross sycamore to enter the field or to go or come home from school is like a race course with very few people stopping,have reported this to the police web site many times and also the mayor

Agreed. If all of the drivers on Sycamore who fail to stop at Arch St. were ticketed and fined Clifton's books would never be in the red. However, the useless and odd stop sign installed on N. Sycamore midway between Arch and Wyncliffe likely confuses and frustrates some drivers and so they feel entitled to ignore the stop sign at Arch.

The police come once a week for 5 mins , so I see no way to resolve this

AGREED! People fly up Fairview as well only to meet the stop sign at the top and roll right through that...
