Public School allows their dumpster to be exposed to the general public in teacher's parking lot area. Often lid is not locked tight, but rather left open. Encourages illegal dumping. On weekends/holidays they have no trash pickup Neighbors have mice problem. Principal has been informed but has not remedied situation.

Nebinger principal seems totally unconcerned about the issue. Have left numerous messages. Does not return calls.
The school is ignoring dumpster laws. The dumpster is never locked and there are no signs indicating NO DUMPING. Nebinger School should be given a huge fine by Trash Police due to their non-compliance.. Perhaps that is the only way they will remedy the situation.
