The mess is back. Trash bags and other debris in the middle of the block and now on the west corner.

This is ongoing. It gets cleaned up and then more is dumped. Now the south side of the street is looking a mess. The tree pits are full of weeds and trash.

SeeCickFix just reminded me that this issue has been outstanding for 571 days. Guess what? IT IS STILL OUTSTANDING. All kinds of trash and construction debris remains at this site.
