I am pretty sure you are referring to the encampment trash junk and debris on the railroad tracks. That portion is owned by the City of Vallejo and this complaint will be forwarded to the City Mangers office who has jurisdiction. If that is not the one can you please be more specific of any other encampment in the area on private property I may not be aware of and Code Enforcement will address it.

Sherndon, please alert Natalie that you are assigning these homeless issues to her, apparently she does not monitor SCF. I have never seen one comment from her on SCF, nor have I seen her acknowledge an issue on SCF.
