Description
This house is in major disrepair. It has broken windows, trash all over the yard, and has been in the process of being painted for over three weeks with no progress being made. It is unsightly, unsafe, and a health hazard. It also has as a backyard full of abandoned, unregistered vehicles in various states of disrepair.
