We have tried talking to store management, we have called Sherwin Williams corporate, we have contacted the property owners, heck we have even contacted the lawyer of the property owners. Still the Sherwin Williams property lacks any type of regular property maintenance. We will continue to work on this until we see REGULAR trash/litter removal. Neighbors are left cleaning up a commercial property and trying to thwart the dumping.
In the winter of 2012, things started to get better with the property for about 3 weeks after neighbors started to get VERY focal with the corporate offices. But they're back to their old ways. Just a few weeks ago the wonderful folks with City Year removed bags of trash from this property. Again, VOLUNTEERS cleaning a commercial property.

I just checked the 311 service ticket, which says:

So I guess L&I did not find all the litter and graffiti to be a problem. Maybe because much of it is on the sidewalk and technically city property not SW property? What else can be done?
