THIS ISSUE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ARCHIVED AS IT REMAINS A PROBLEM.

Right next to the "no angle parking" the cars are parked at an angle, blocking the entire bike lane. Needs enforcement!

In addition, the businesses there monopolize the bike lane with their gravel and sand, making it dangerous to travel in the bike lane, and "safer" to travel in the right-hand motor vehicle lane.
