The houses, between Chadwick and Smedley on the 1600 block of Bainbridge, have left several large piles of trash outside. Tuesday trash pickup was canceled this week and they put their trash it anyway. It is now spilled and blowing all over the street. Please have them remove and cleanup the mess.
