Contractors for the new Whole Foods / Apartment Complex on the NE corner of 22nd and Hamilton are parking illegally on a triangle of asphalt on the SE corner of the intersection. The sidewalk on the north side of Hamilton is closed due to construction, and personal contractor vehicles are completely blocking the southern sidewalk. All pedestrian traffic must walk in the street, and there is no longer a safe pedestrian path from 22nd over to 21st.
