The property was recently converted into a tirplex. My property backs up to problem property. One of the renters is runnign a construction company from the rear garage, and there is all kinds of noise and activity. And if that isn't bad enough, the renters in the rear apartment are always shouting profane and disgusting language. WHERE IS ALDANS CODE ENFORCEMENT OR POLICE?
