Deskripsyon

On both Saturday and Sunday, numerous cars (20+) block the bike lane along Spruce Street. No Parking Anytime signs are clearly posted but entirely ignored. Thank you!

as far as I know cars are allowed to park in the bike lane on sundays for "church". nice to know that Philadelphia is so spiritual all day on sunday, isn't it?

Such a problem, week after week. Really needs to be addressed by the police department.
