What's up with the new crop of hookers hanging around the Drug Den @ 2047 Chestnut. Saw them @ 5AM this morning soliciting Taxi cab drivers. Desperate ?
Think they work for the white-sock-sandal wearing Dominican guy who leads the crew @ 2047 Chestnut. Any neighbors have input ? Does the PPD even care, or does Center City follow the fate of North, West and SW Philly ?
