Not only haas the owner of 81 Propsect put boulders and a trampoline in the roadway, they have also made a parking spot in the middle of the roadway for the owner of the house to park her vehicle. That is a crime, to block a road with a car in a self made parking space. Emergency vehicle cannot get through, and the trees block the side of the road on either side of the vehicle. This matter needs to be sent to the Town Supervisor, the Village Mayor, the police, the fire department and the ambulance service as well,
