Deskripsyon

This entire national park and the surrounding benches is occupied with homeless people who sleep and purchase single cans of beer at the Deli on Arch St. One man was trying to strike up a conversation with my four year old daughter in between conversations with himself.

The "two-street" guys are quite funny. Times are tough for all. I've never experienced a foul situation with anyone walking church street, but if it happened I would stand my ground. I am thankful for all the round the clock dog-walkers who help keep the block "active". I have witnessed theft in the parking lot behind Christ Church though not sure if its related.

The park service is responsible for monitoring this park. I've seen then make homeless people move along.
