There are no crosswalk markings and cars park in front of the curb cuts where the crosswalk should be painted. The parked cars impede view to turning motorists of pedestrians crossing, and obstruct the right of way for pedestrians. It's not safe to cross there because cars make very fast left turns from Gray's Ferry to 24th without slowing down.
