Description

For close to a decade now, huge potholes in the middle of the poorly lined street are bracketed by an ever evolving series of barrels, cones, barricades, etc. but never repaired. The barrels, etc. inevitably move at some point. Once several cars are damaged, new barrels, etc. appear. Why won't SOMEONE fix this mess?
