There is a storm grate drain cover with w few bars missing, which results in a hole that a small infant or pet could easily fall into. This is also in a bike lane and is incredibly dangerous. 311 has been called several times and has ignore requests to fix this for the past several months. Shame on you City of Philadelphia!
