Sharraxaadda

The building on the South East Corner of 9th & Wharton is undergoing construction. The contractor is illegally blocking off two parking spaces using construction garbage. Parking in this area is already at a minimum due to Pat's & Geno's. If they need the space for their trucks or a dumpster there is a protocol to follow in order for the spots to be officially blocked off. I will upload a photo later tonight.
