At 2510 Percy St. kids broke out all of the windows and continue to break the surrounding neighbors windows, police and sheriff have known about this property for 6 months and have done nothing. A child was hurt inside property at one time. There are frayed wires exposed. The pipes have frozen and are now leaking. The owner needs to be held responsible.
