Resident called that catch basin needs to be cleaned. Water is not going down and the water that is accumulating is a blackish color and it has a really bad smell.

There were always (mon to thur) some cars parked in the shadded area on the first floor of the near the airright garage entrance.

Some of the newly installed bike lane delineators were removed and carssss are parking inside, causing dangerous situation to people walking or biker. Please rectify or take some action to who remove the delineator.

Right side of the road on Hines Place where it meets State Street is a constant source of parking violations that you will make this city incredible money by policing that one corner. It prevents residents from seeing traffic coming down state st and it creates all sorts of issues pulling out of the street with oncoming traffic and residents who live on home place. Currently there is somebody parked over the crosswalk behind a person who is parked in a no parking zone. Have at it and thank me later. You can make a fortune from this one corner.

These broken curbs have been here since the last snow storm months ago. They are an eyesore, not to mention a hazard. The street sweepers have been here two times already this spring and just drive around them. There are two separate broken curbs. One on the corner of Ellis & Weybosset, the other in front of 94 Weybosset. Please get them removed.

51 Clark St. Trip and fall risk. Pavement cracked badly and has been in this poor condition for many years.

Olives and Oil

Using a tub of ricotta without a cover to garnish all the food. No ice bath. Just ricotta sitting out for almost eight hours.

Mouse poop in office under desk. Definitely more in basement.

Not using sanitizer soak for rags. Reusing mildewy rags to wipe things down. They live on top of sink handles behind bar by dishwasher.

No hand washing going on.

No sweeping the floor jntil end of night. Gross. Food inside cracks of booth benches and under table feet.

There is a rusted cover (appx. 4'x4' square), in the sidewalk outside the old "Artist & Craftsman Supply" building, that is in very bad shape, including broken hinges. It looks very unsafe.
