645-699 Georgia Street Vallejo, California - VallejoStop sign obscured by tree.
The stop sign on EB Georgia St at Napa is being obscured by trees. This, needless to say, presents a hazard, as motorists may be unaware they are expected to stop. -
Vallejo Furniture Galleries 700 Sereno Drive, Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Driving into Vallejo from Napa on Sonoma Blvd, we are treated to a MASSIVE graffiti display on the N facing side of Vallejo Furniture Galleries. It screams "Welcome to Vallejo, homey. Got your gat?"
Can we get this gang tagging removed ASAP.

602 Georgia Street Vallejo, California - VallejoIt appears the sidewalk is collapsing into the storm drain at Georgia and Sutter St, SE corner adjacent to 602 Georgia. Imagery on Google Maps show this has been cracked since at least May of 2015. The walkway in now uneven enough that it constitutes a real impediment to disabled and elderly foot traffic.

Street Light 已存档826 York Street Vallejo, California - VallejoLED Light has failed. Flashes every four seconds at night. Driving neighbors crazy, but apparently not crazy enough to call it in. ;-)

814 York Street Vallejo, California - Vallejo
Multi unit white Victorian on the N. side of York Street, adjacent to 820. Mattresses (2) sitting in the front yard for weeks, uncollected personal effects, etc.
Additionally across the street, there is a camper shell perched precariously for weeks in someone's front yard, presenting a hazard to passers-by and an eyesore for sensitive people like me. ;P

295 Mare Island Way Vallejo, California - VallejoThe front room restaurant is exhibiting signs of neglect to the building. Rotten wood, peeling paint, stained sidewalk from washing non-slip kitchen mats outside, planks peeling away from the building on the promenade side, ample dry rot and a not-too-pleasant smell coming from the outside "service area" (dumpsters, storage, etc.).

Illegal Dumping 已存档490 Redwood Street Vallejo, California - VallejoAlong the water way N. of EcoThrift's parking lot, there is a tremendous amount of discarded plastic bags, trash and other debris along what could be a pretty decent walking path. The plastic represents a threat to wildlife using the wetlands, and a terrible eyesore to anyone using that area. If you walk north along the waterline, you will come to an inlet, and across the inlet you will see a shanty where individuals are living illegally.
